“Dr. Young has over 15 years of marketing experience, with 10 years in the construction industry.”

She is responsible for managing the marketing, advertising and promotional activities and events at ACY Contractors. Dr. Young will continue to manage the long term marketing strategies as well as continue to brand ACY to become a “Rising Star” among small and diverse businesses throughout the Southeast region of the United States. Dr. Young will continue to advance and lead all marketing efforts that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position ACY Contractors as an innovator and leader in the construction industry.

Mr. Alvarenga’s responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of sub-contractors. With established experience in building trades and crafts, Mr. Alvarenga’s expertise in tilt wall construction, layout, excavation, foundations, structural steel, interior and exterior finishes is a vital asset to the successful completion of this project.

Mr. Noone has more than 40 years of experience as superintendent on major commercial projects. As Superintendent, Mr. Noone will develop an in-depth understanding of the project specifications and construction plans. This knowledge will ensure all materials and trade contractor work complies with the contract documents, quality specifications and current Florida Building Codes.

OSHA 510 Certified, USACE-Construction Quality Management for Contractors Certification, Uniform Building Code Inspector, State of FL Notary , State of Florida DEP – Storm Water Management Inspector, NAVFAC ECATTS

Mr. Wint is responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities including:
• Supervision of all craft employees and subcontractors.
• Scheduling field activities in coordination with the project schedule.
• Project safety, production goals, quality control, and cost control.
• Supervision of one or more craft groups and/or scopes of work depending on the size of the project.
