Scope Of Work
Modification of dry storage area for the processing of packaged food goods. Immediate existing space required extensive demolition. The demolition included but was not limited to , concrete, underground plumbing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceiling tile and low voltage devices. The above exposed deck structure and existing rated wall penetrations required fire-safety remediation. Remediation for existing rigid insulation was required also. The scope of work involved the of a storage area and providing specified utilities for the future use and equipment required. This work focus included HVAC condensers, compressed air and high voltage electrical supply. These aforementioned systems would energize and regulate a walk-in-cooler, freezers, infrared hand sinks, electric pull-down raceways, an electronically-managed wash sink and automatic packaging equipment.
