Scarlett Contracting

Scarlett Contracting is a family-owned general contracting business specializing in the design and construction of retail and restaurant space.  John Scarlett, the principal of the business, has been in the industry for more than 40 years.  Nicholas Scarlett joined his father’s business several years ago and has become an essential partner of Scarlett Contracting.  We are hands on in every aspect of the building process and pride ourselves on our organizational skills as well as our communication skills.  While we are continually seeking new clients, we have repeat customers that have worked with us for many years.  Our clients know us, and know that they can count on to deliver project in a timely, seamless manner.

Scarlett Contracting is based in Hainesport, New Jersey, doing business primarily in the tri-state area.  Several of our clients have multiple locations and we are we are happy to accommodate outside the immediate region.  With more than 50 years of combined experience, we pride ourselves on our dependability, craftmanship and professionalism.  Attention to detail and accountability is a priority.  Our projects range from large, national retail chains, to small, family-owned coffee shops.  Whether it’s a project built from the ground up or a simple renovation, our knowledge and expertise will lead your project inception to seamless completion.
