E3 Construction Services LLC is an Arizona state licensed contractor. Our KB-1 license allows us to perform both residential and commercial projects. Since its founding by Timothy Emery in 2008, E3 Construction Services LLC has steadily grown its customer base in the retail and educational industries. Timothy has over 16 years of construction experience specializing in the retail industry. While working for Cold Stone Creamery, Timothy was responsible for the national expansion of over 1,000 stores during his 5 year tenure. Timothy continued in his retail construction career building stores for a subsidiary of Oakley sunglasses for three years and managing the store development process for Zounds Hearing prior to founding E3 Construction Services LLC.
