Brandon Koropsak's Bio
Brandon was born and raised in San Antonio and moved to New Braunfels with his wife in 2013. He graduated from Texas A&M University – Kingsville with a degree in Civil Engineering. After graduating, Brandon began his career as a geotechnical and facilities engineer with Raba-Kistner Consultants. He then moved on to the construction industry spending time as an estimator as well as a construction quality control manager for Mapco, Inc., a federal construction contractor based in San Antonio. Most recently, Brandon worked as a crude oil marketer for an oil and gas midstream company. Brandon joined the Seidel team in March of 2018 and is excited to be involved with a great company and group of people. In his time away from work Brandon enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters as well as hunting, fishing, and playing softball.
Dustin Seidel's Bio
Dustin has lived in New Braunfels his entire life and he’s the fourth generation to do so. His family has been heavily involved in the community since the early 1920’s and he has an extensive knowledge of this area in the construction and real estate arena. Dustin graduated Texas A&M University in 2003. After graduation Dustin worked for John Seidel Enterprises as a Project Superintendent overseeing new commercial construction projects. He co-founded Seidmoore Construction in 2009 and in 2014 re-structured the company and changed the name to Seidel Construction. His hobbies include cattle ranching, hunting and fishing with his wife, kids, family and friends.
Melissa Callas's Bio
Melissa was raised in Albuquerque New Mexico and found her way to beautiful New Braunfels Texas in June 2018. After completing courses at Dodge City Community College and the University of New Mexico, she began her career in the construction industry 20 years ago when she was employed by a family friend who owned a commercial construction and house moving company. Throughout her career, she has been a part of commercial, residential, and utility construction companies each contributing to her growth and knowledge of the industry and organizational structure. Melissa is passionate about building a better community while harvesting the culture each community desires. She is dedicated to building strong teams who work together to achieve success not only for the projects but for one another. Melissa has two daughters with her husband Nick and they enjoy being fans at their daughter’s sporting events, hitting the links for a good round of golf, or just kicking back in the backyard.

Chad Dawson's Bio
A fifth generation San Antonio native, Chad grew up immersed in the construction industry. He began developing his strong work ethic and passion for construction while working for his uncle’s plumbing company. After graduating with a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 2017, Chad returned to San Antonio to begin his career as a Project Manager overseeing high-end commercial and large residential projects. Chad enjoys serving in youth ministry, guiding hunting trips, and fishing along the Texas coast.
Stacy Morris's Bio
Stacy is a native Texan and has lived in New Braunfels since 2008. She coordinated both residential and commercial new construction utilities for over seven years before joining the Seidel Construction team in 2016. While at Seidel Construction, she has worked closely with owners and various permitting authorities to get projects ready for construction. While the pre-construction process may seem daunting, she enjoys the challenge. Stacy makes it her goal to make each project a priority and as stress-free as possible for owners. In her off time, Stacy enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family.

Blake Whitley's Bio
Blake was raised in East Bernard, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and recently graduated with a major in Agriculture Systems Management and a minor in Business. Blake grew up in the ag. industry helping his grandpa farm and run his family’s feed mill in East Bernard. While at Texas A&M he decided the construction industry was the path for him. He left his hometown in hopes to move closer to the hill country and joined the Seidel team in May 2020. He is looking forward the challenges of learning a new industry. When Blake is not at work, he enjoys hunting and fishing as well as making trips with family and friends to the Frio River.
Derek Bird's Bio
Derek was born in New Braunfels only leaving for a short period to attend Texas A&M. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 2003 and returned to New Braunfels where he began working for a local construction company as a Superintendent. Over the next twelve years he oversaw the development and construction of over 150 single family residences and sixteen commercial projects. He joined Seidel Construction in October of 2017 in order to move his focus to commercial construction. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors and with his wife and children.
Jay Chehal's Bio
Jay has lived in Kyle for three years. He was born and raised in Dallas and has lived in San Antonio where he graduated from UTSA with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science Management in May of 2012. After graduating, he began his career at Swinerton Builders as Project Engineer, working on various sized projects in San Antonio. After two years, he continued his career at Kiewit Building Group as Project Engineer working on projets in League City, San Marcos and Austin. In July of 2017, Jay became part of the Seidel Team. Jay enjoys spending time with his wife, playing and watching sports (go Cowboys and go Mavs!) and on the weekends he can be found building and racing sports cars.
Melisa Nu'u's Bio
Melisa was raised in the mountains near Lake Tahoe, California. She attended the University of Nevada Reno, majoring in Spanish and settled back into the San Francisco Bay Area. Her professional career background includes wireless communications, then transitioning into general construction. Since settling in New Braunfels in 2007, she worked in the commercial painting industry. She has built a strong network of professional relationships, and experience in commercial construction in San Antonio, which she believes have blessed her with the opportunity at Seidel Construction. Melisa, and her husband Walter have been married for 21 years and have 3 children. She enjoys being active with her family in the New Braunfels community, watching her kids sports activities, and embracing her Polynesian heritage.

Bill Buckner's Bio
Bill was raised in Wimberley, Texas. Raised in a construction family, he started in beam ditches at age 12, and worked his way up from there. He worked for his dad through high school then enlisted in the U.S. Navy. The first four years still in construction, then cross-trained to electronics. He left the Navy after 20-plus years and returned to Wimberley, realizing he preferred construction to electronics. Bill has been in the construction industry specializing in Commercial and Residential in Hays County since 2001. His leisure time activities are fishing, hunting, and camping.
Dennis Posey's Bio
Dennis was born in San Antonio and raised on a farm in South Texas near the small town of D’Hanis. He moved back to San Antonio, completed high school and went to work for SpawGlass Co. while completing the San Antonio Union Carpenter Apprentice Program. Dennis has 34 years experience specializing in commercial construction. His construction projects include school and university projects of up to $22 million in size. Dennis has a wide range of construction knowledge. He has completed some challenging and unique projects including the Africa Live Exhibit and Africa Live II for the San Antonio Zoo and the high profile, Historic St. Peter’s Catholic Church Renovation in Boerne, Texas. Dennis enjoys the outdoors, home improvement projects, mountain biking, gardening, grilling and spending time with his wife, two children and four grandchildren.
Floyd Etten's Bio
Floyd is a transplanted Texan. He came to the Hill Country in 2009 to build a blood plasma testing facility and he and his wife decided to make Texas their home. Floyd started his career in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and became the youngest Class A General Contractor at that time. He has built projects around the Pacific Northwest and now in San Marcos, San Antonio, Austin, and Houston. They range from restaurants to prisons, schools, retail, industrial, nursing homes, and the list goes on. He has been married to his wife for over 45 years and has two sons and 10 grandchildren. He loves golfing, sightseeing, and entertaining friends and family when they come to visit.
Mike Picciotti's Bio
Mike grew up in a construction family living in Indianapolis. An opportunity brought him to the Dallas Ft Worth area where he continued framing residential homes and apartments. Several years later Mike began working for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), a property management company. While working for RTC Mike over saw maintenance and improvements of 105 properties. In 1994 Mike began his project superintendent experience for Faulkner Construction working on a wide variety of high-profile projects. While working at Faulkner Mike meet his future wife and married 6 months later. They are happily married and enjoy music, the outdoors and being in each other’s company.
