Scope Of Work
B&F Fastener is a Minnesota based company with many locations throughout the Midwest. We built this 25,000SF warehouse building for them in the Sioux Empire Development Park in Northeast Sioux Falls. This project broke ground in December of 2020, and took about six months to complete. On this project, Empire self performed not only all of the concrete, including over 60,000SF of flatwork, and steel erection, but we also framed the interior offices, and installed the Monster Block retaining wall. By self-performing much of the build, we have a unique amount of control over the overall schedule and quality of the project.
