Founded in 1983 by Ercell Fortney, Empire now has about 35 full-time, year round employees dedicated to being the best builder we can be. From our concrete crews to our steel erection crews to our office staff, you'll find experienced employees in every area of our company.

Over those 25 years, Empire has forged long-term relationships with some of the finest sub-contractors in the region.
