Scope Of Work
On this project, Empire acted as a PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) supplier/erector to Journey Construction Group. The building features several different exterior finishes including horizontal insulated metal panels, formed metal panels, metal composite panels, and glass wall systems. The conventional portion of the building utilizes a membrane roof system while the PEMB has a standing seam metal roof system. Our longstanding relationship with Journey Construction Group has allowed us to work together on dozens of projects. This building in particular is an excellent example of how creative you can be with a PEMB. In 2019, the project was inducted into the Varco Pruden Hall of Fame for its design creativity and architectural appeal.
