Lance Miller and Sam Tippens, started Miller-Tippens in 2006 with the focus of providing unparalleled excellence to their customers.  Since then, Miller-Tippens has developed a team of 50+ construction professionals, experienced in all types of commercial construction and delivery methods with an annual volume of $60MM. Lance and Sam are still consistently involved in all projects from conception through completion. This owner-driven team ensures success on all of our projects and a near 100% retention rate of our clients.
