Don Couture and Keith Hartley founded CHC Builders in 2005 to provide outstanding residential and commercial general contracting services. 

Early on, CHC gained momentum in the Triangle by obtaining large commercial and residential contracts including the renovation of Hilton North Hotel and several luxury homes in the area.

During the Great Recession when many construction companies were closing their doors, CHC expanded its capabilities and transformed as a design-build company.

The CHC management executes our client's budget and plans with efficiency and accuracy. The collaboration between our in-house architect and general contractors ensure reliable estimates and realistic project expectations.
