Closer Look General Contracting was established in 2005 by owner Phillip Oddo.  Originally started as a home inspection/consulting service it quickly grew, based on the needs and demands of a majority of clients.   Soon it transitioned into a full service contracting company providing an array of services from maintenance and simple repairs to entire remodels and commercial upfits.  Closer Look is experienced in working with a diversity of clients  from homeowners to real estate professionals such as agents, brokers and property managers.  The professionals at Closer Look work with clients as a team sharing their talent and experience to deliver the quality you demand.
