RMT Construction & Development Group

I am part of the executive management team that is responsible for the daily operations of the commercial construction division and am responsible for maximizing the company's operating performance and achieving our financial goals. Other responsibilities include management of the pre-construction & estimating department, project management staff, and the business development group.

Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. 
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicablefederal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. 
Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs andseek full range of business solutions. 
Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities. 
Oversee all real estate and development opportunities.

Oversee the overall direction of the company. 
Manage building schedules and day to day construction operations. 
Provide evaluation of subcontractor performance. 
Review all work in progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, building codes and company standards. 
Walk each project with team prior to final completion to confirm condition is in accordance with company’s standards. 
Mentor and develop construction personnel to ensure maximum development.
