WELSH COMPANIES / WELSH CONSTRUCTION, INC. was formed in 2003 by owner and president, Ken R. Welsh for the purpose of providing Commercial Construction and Development services to a select clientele in Central Florida. We have since provided construction services to numerous clients throughout the Central Florida area developing a proven track record of successful projects.

Mr. Welsh has extensive construction services and development experience with corporate clients such as Harris Corporation, Florida Power and Light, Bell South/ATT, Albertson Food Stores, Winn Dixie Food Stores, Culberson Plastics and Norsk Hydro, and government clients such as Palm Beach County Schools, Brevard County Schools, Osceola County Schools, United States Postal Service, NASA, U.S. Navy, Brevard County and City of Melbourne, among others.
