Scope Of Work
As LEP, completed a Final Investigation Report for a property transfer of an establishment. The site formerly operated as a vehicle repair shop and used car dealership. Areas of concern included underground storage tanks, surface staining floor drains. The report was completed to summarize the previous investigations and submit the Completion of Investigation form to CTDEEP under the Transfer Act. Remediation of the interior automotive repair areas was completed through excavation of the floor and associated drainage structures along with 15 tons of impacted soils.
