Annmarie Drugonis has been promoted to Executive Vice President, based on her 25 years of experience in the environmental field and work as Senior Environmental Engineer within Facility Support Services. She holds a degree in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and has project experience to include conducting Facility Audits for ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OSHAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety,OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer, working with permit wastewater discharges, discharge monitoring reports, air emissions evaluations, wetland surveys, stormwater permits and programs, Title V permits , PSD and NSPDS permits, Part A & B permitting, risk management plan development (RMP), and process safety management design (PSM). Other projects include SPCC plan development, Emergency Response compliance, Tier II/TRI/ Biennial reporting, RCRA compliance including submittal of exported waste reports, HACCP, Food Safety, FSMA, Truck to Truck DOT compliance, NOIE, Benzene NESHAP, RICE NESHAP, and PCB Annual Log reports to name a few.  Annmarie has also worked within a variety of industries including manufacturing, plating, textile, transfer storage disposal facilities (TSDFs), food safety, as well as the transportation sector. She is also active in public service elected to the position of Board of Selectman in her hometown as well as having direct involvement as as chairwoman on both the Local Emergency Planning Committee Board (LEPC) and Department of Public Works and co-chair on the Water Pollution Control Authority (WPCA) committee.

Mr. Hunt has held positions as Director of Safety for a major construction company - Managing the safety and risk associated with construction projects and company operations while proactively planning, directing, and implementing the company’s safety program. Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) ? Oversees the Project Managers and Superintendents insuring compliance with all aspects of managing Site Specific Safety Plans o Responsible for facilitating early return to full duty work responsibilities for injured workers and to provide meaningful light duty transitional work opportunities. As a Director for Safety at Private schools, some of Mr. Hunt's responsibilities included; Building/dorm inspections to ensure safety compliance ? Ensure and coordinate OSHA compliance ? Ensure and coordinate environmental compliance ? Fire inspections ? Maintain working knowledge of all State and local fire codes ? Inspection of fire extinguishers and extinguishment systems ? SPCC plan administrator ? Oil storage tank inspections ? Conduct emergency drills ? Respond to and oversee emergency situations ? Oversee access control program ? Direct security operations,  Administer and oversee Occupational Safety and Health programs ? Department budgeting ? Manage physical security and maintain professional relationships with Law Enforcement. ? Coordinate and oversee planning, installation, commissioning and maintenance of life safety and security systems including fire alarm systems (Desigo and Simplex), sprinkler systems, mass notification systems (Desigo CC), access control systems (Lenel, BASIS), intrusion detection, etc. ? Work closely with Human Resources to facilitate and manage FBI background investigations ? Hire, Train, discipline and terminate Safety personnel ? Investigate complaints of crime, vehicle collisions, theft.
