Thirty-one school buildings within Bridgeport District
As the project manager for Hazardous Materials Management with FSS Mr. DiFabio researched and developed costs for inspection services with an understanding of the budget requirements, scope of services, organized the sampling timeline and managed the 3-Year AHERA Re-Inspections for all thirty-one school buildings for the City of Bridgeport Board of Educations. The project included AHERA inspections, Bulk Sample Collection, Management Plan updates/revisions and reporting. At the close of this project FSS was able to complete the scope of services below the projected budget.
