Scope Of Work
Completed Investigation of the Areas of Concern in anticipation of a property transfer of the establishment. The site formerly operated as a vehicle repair and auto body shop. Areas of concern included above ground and underground storage tanks, paint booth, surface staining, and former agricultural use. Remedial excavations of impacted areas was conducted in order to facilitate the transfer with and Environmental Land Use Restriction application progress and groundwater compliance sampling pending.
