Jim – Just wanted to let you know that we have had a problem with our HVAC again. Over the winter we noticed that we were using a tremendous amount of propane to heat the house. We are on the maintenance with H&H and they came out twice and filled the unit with Freon only to have it drain out each time. They thought they had it fixed the 1st time but later found out it was the coil and of course it was out of warranty. Mike, from H&H, told us he would call Trane and explain the troubles we have had with this unit. He was successful and Trane agreed to give us a new coil all we had to do was pay for labor and Freon, about $500. I am telling you this to commend H&H for their customer service and congratulate you on finding contractors who go out of their way for their customers.
