615,000 sf Warehouse (52,000sf freezer/cooler) on 42 acres with 44,000 sf Corporate HQ Office
Project was directly contracted with GOYA.
Included pre-construction services and building and site construction
Included Armor Joint and VNA floor slab detailing
Building is supported by a “Controlled Modulus Column” foundation system (CMC’s)
Project funding included a Jersey City tax program and NJ HUB Tax Credit Program. Our scope included coordinating with these program requirements.
