Founded in 2006 by Robert Andersen, RC Andersen is an industrial general contractor that offers comprehensive design solutions and project management for property owners, developers, and tenants.

At RC Andersen we offer both construction-only and integrated design/build construction solutions for owners and tenants. From conceptual estimates through substantial completion your project will benefit from over 30 years of hands on engineering and construction knowledge.

We specialize in industrial and distribution facilities and their associated internal components and space requirements. Our many years of experience however include high rise, big box and in line retail, office and multifamily residential. This history provides us with the knowledge and experience of producing large scale projects without losing sight of the small details.

If your requirement is for a design/build solution, we can assemble a team of civil, architectural, structural and MEP engineers who have worked together for over 5 million square ft. of space in the Tri State area.

We also provide design/build solutions for energy reduction programs and pay for performance programs which include elements such as energy envelope improvements, roofing, new lighting, HVAC, and cooler or freezer space requirements. Through our affiliated solar PV company, we can provide your roof or ground mount solar solution.
