As a licensed general contractor, Chris brings fifteen years of construction, project management, real estate transaction and development experience to Servco Builders. Throughout his career, Chris has been involved in all aspects of the construction process, having served as contractor, owner’s representative, broker and project manager at various points in his career. He is extremely cost conscious in his approach to design and building, seeking value and cost efficiencies at every turn.
Chris began his career working under his father at Frank Webb Architects, specializing in commercial and medical office space. Early in his carrier, Chris discovered a passion for building. He leveraged his knowledge of architecture and the building process while serving as a superintendent and project manager at R.M.G. Building in Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter, Chris served in various roles throughout Los Angeles and Orange County. His former roles include: real estate broker at Transwestern, leasing manager at Crown Realty, and Director at Sterling Development. At Servco Chris’s day-to- day responsibilities include operation of the business, project management and client service.
Chris works closely with clients, architects, and superintendents to ensure quality construction and client satisfaction are achieved. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and finance with honors from the University of Montana, cum laude. Chris holds a general contractor license and real estate license in the State of California.
