Jim Peterson is the General Contractor and Owner who established this full service Residential Building and Remodeling Corporation in 1988. He is fully licensed and insured in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and operates his business in accordance with current building code provisions and regulations.

Our dedicated crew at PHIC consists of highly skilled craftsman and licensed
sub-contractors that work together as a team. While your home is in transition our primary focus is to make this process as stress free as possible.
