Kokolakis Contracting

Bill joined Kokolakis Contracting in 1994. Throughout his career he has served as Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Director of Preconstruction, and Vice President. Bill was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2018 and now manages construction operations for the company. Bill earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida and is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor.

In his role at Kokolakis Contracting, David leads the company’s initiative in the Metro New York area to target potential business opportunities and to increase the company’s presence in the educational, aviation, athletic, healthcare and corporate sectors. David has 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record for successfully implementing strategic growth initiatives in his previous business development roles. David earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from The College of New Jersey and Certificate in Building Construction Management from New York University.

As a graduate of Emory University School of Law, Joe first joined the firm as General Counsel in 1989. Since 1998, he has served as its President and sole shareholder. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Kokolakis has spearheaded his company’s commitment to environmentally conscious design and construction. He is a licensed General, Building, Roofing and Plumbing contractor. Joe’s proactive and hands-on approach has helped define Kokolakis Contracting as a respected company and dedicated community partner.

Roderick has been with the company since 1996 and has served as a Project Manager, Estimator, Senior Project Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Vice President. Roderick was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2018 and oversees the Corporate operations that includes marketing and business development. Roderick holds a Civil Engineering Technology Degree from Farmingdale State College as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.

Tom joined Kokolakis Contracting in 2016 as Director of Operations for the New York Office. Tom was promoted to Vice President in 2018 and now manages the day-to-day operations of the New York Office, including budget development and management, schedule development and management, contract negotiations, management of subcontract agreements, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction throughout the life of the construction contract.  Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wesleyan University.

Jenny joined the company in 2017 with over 15 years of construction management and design-build expertise both in the public and private sectors. Jenny manages the Florida Preconstruction Department which includes preparing bid proposals, as well as preconstruction services for all phases of construction management and design-build projects. Jenny is a graduate of St. Petersburg College Construction Technology program through the University Partnership Center. She is a former chapter president and active member of the American Society of Professional Estimators (ASPE) and a 2017 graduate of ABC’s NEXGEN Leadership Program.

Paul has been with the company since 2008 and has over 20 years of construction experience. In 2004, Paul earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and Engineering from the State University of New York at Farmingdale. Paul manages the New York Preconstruction Department and is responsible for preparing bid proposals, estimates, preconstruction budgets and value engineering.

Andria began her career at Kokolakis in 2007 and is responsible for the marketing, branding, proposal preparation and assists with business development efforts of the firm.  She also handles the social media platforms, website management, and coordinates the firm’s outreach efforts. Andria is an active member of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) Tampa Bay Chapter and currently serves on the board as Programs Coordinator.

Machell joined Kokolakis Contracting in 1995 serving as Contracts Administrator, Office Administration and Proposal Management before moving into the role of Corporate Controller in 2009 with a promotion to Corporate Treasurer in 2016. As the Corporate Treasurer, Machell is responsible for cash management and forecasting, corporate liquidity, maintenance of banking and surety relationships, review of corporate investments, oversight of its’ 401k plan, and monitoring of outsourced treasury functions.  She also oversees the property management of the related development entities.
