Terry Phillips bought Mid-State Awning back in April of 1987, little did he realize that his company would grow from two employees to eight full-time employees operating out of a 7200 square foot shop.
Expansion with Quality Service
Despite the growth in size and reputation—with work for national chains such as McDonald’s, Subway, Blockbuster, Bruster’s Real Ice Cream, Days Inn and Ethan Allen—Mid-State remains a locally-owned and operated business dedicated to quality local service.
Dedication to Keeping Your Job In-House
Unlike many awning companies, Mid-State keeps a majority of their work in shop. With a staff of experienced sewers and state-of-the-art heat sealing capabilities.
Mid-State saves you time and money by fabricating your canvas or vinyl project in-house. Over 350 canvas jobs run through Mid-State’s shop each year and all non-retractable awning frames also are fabricated in-house
