Scope Of Work
The Engineering, Science and Mechanics Building was constructed in 1938. It is a steel or concrete building that offers both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees.
Synergy was selected to conduct an intensive façade restoration for the historic ES&M building. Our main focus was safety and having a secure site with minimal noise disturbance. We also concentrated on preserving the historical architectural details of the building. The project scope included relocating the roof hatch, repairing existing masonry issues, stabilizing and reconstruction of the south facade as well as, removing and replacing of existing sealant.
?Synergy provided all general contracting services including performance of extensive building exterior repairs, brick replacement, safety maintenance, panel stabilization, and concrete masonry.
