Scope Of Work

This private co-educational liberal arts institution boasts a 13,000-SF expansion to the existing 1st and 2nd floors to accommodate the ever present student enrollment. The expansion and renovation included a new lounge, food court, faculty/staff dining room, post office addition, barber shop/salon and new courtyard. The Swinton Campus Center is the main hub for student recreational activities.

Construction was block, masonry and storefront. Post-tension slab with an open interior finish. The new building ties into an existing building to match the campus finishes.
