Since we started our business over 30 years ago, my Dad (David A Peplinski) and I have worked hard to succeed.  We are fortunate in this business climate to have found a niche in Wastewater Treatment and Commercial/Municipal construction projects.

Although my Dad is no longer with us, his legacy lives on in each of us as we strive to provide excellent customer service, with a fair-priced bid to our customers.  We have been blessed with outstanding office staff, superior supervisors, and talented tradesman to complete our jobs with a standard of excellence.  We are fortunate to work with some of the best sub-contractors who also help us get the job done.

We realize that for a small business, we are lucky to have had the opportunity to work with our Winona community, as well as the tri-state area of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.  We look forward to serving you in the coming years!
