Linh Nguyen, Vice-President of Fast and Fair Doors. They have two active and friendly boys, Opal (age 8) and Topaz (age 6).

Owner and President Richard Cordes is an experienced General Contractor with more than 30 years of general contracting experience, working in Austin and the surrounding areas. 

Richard graduated from LaGrange High School in 1984. He has been married for ten years to Linh Nguyen, Vice-President of Fast and Fair Doors. They have two active and friendly boys, Opal (age 8) and Topaz (age 6).
