Alex Marren's Bio
With more than 25 years of aviation experience, Alex Marren is President of ABM’s Aviation Group. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global aviation business with 22,000 dedicated team members providing service excellence to airlines and 75+ airports across the U.S., U.K., Ireland and the Middle East.
Prior to joining ABM, Alex was the Executive Vice President of Rent-A-Car Operations in North America for Hertz Corp. Alex has extensive experience leading large, complex and distributed operating organizations, including for People Express, United and ExpressJet. Alex is a graduate of Harvard University and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, certificate program. She has served on the board of the Chicago and Atlanta Chapters of the American Red Cross. She is a sponsor for the organization Advancing Women’s Excellence in Supply Chain, Operations and Education.

Andrea Newborn's Bio
Andrea is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate
Secretary, and Interim Human Resources and Communication Leader for
ABM, providing oversight on all legal, compliance, and governance
affairs as well as risk and safety matters. She acts as legal advisor
to the board of the directors and executive management, leading
corporate strategic and tactical legal initiatives while advising on
all major business activities. In her interim role, Andrea is also
leading the Human Resources and Communication team, which is committed
to making ABM a great place to work and our communities healthy, safe
and sustainable.
Andrea brings more than three decades of experience working in
senior leadership roles that include both public and privately held
companies. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and
General Counsel for TravelClick, Inc., a business-to-business global
provider of data and cloud-based solutions to the hospitality
industry. Previously, she was General Counsel for The Reader’s Digest
Association, Inc. Andrea is a graduate of Columbia Law School and
Brown University.

Brant Miller's Bio
Brant Miller is President of ABM’s Technology & Manufacturing Group (T&M). In this role, he leads the effective delivery of best-in-class facility services for clients in the Industrial & Manufacturing, Technology, and Life Sciences arenas. Brant is responsible for T&M’s strategic growth and development; consistent delivery against financial and operational commitments; the success of enterprise transformation initiatives within the Industry Group; and creation of long-term value for both T&M and client organizations.
Brant has 20 years of experience in the facility services industry and has held a range of strategic and senior-level positions for ServiceMaster and GCA services Group. Brant received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He also holds Six Sigma and Project Management certifications.

Cary Bainbridge's Bio
Cary currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for ABM. As part of the executive team, she is focused on ensuring tight integration between sales, marketing, communication, operations, brand, and culture. She oversees all strategic planning, market and client research, creative services, and outbound and inbound marketing.
In her 18 years with ABM, Cary has led both corporate and business-segment marketing and sales operations teams. She was a core driver of the ABM brand transformation and has overseen the brand integrations of 20+ acquisitions. Prior to ABM, Cary held marketing leadership roles at The Winter Group of Companies and MCI WorldCom. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Mercer University and serves on the governing body for the Atlanta CMO Executive Summit. Cary is also an active supporter of CHOA Sibley Heart Center.

Dean Chin's Bio
Dean is the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer,
Corporate Controller and Treasurer for ABM. Dean is responsible for
planning, implementation, management and control of all
financial-related activities for ABM. He oversees the accounting and
financial reporting functions with a focus on effectively operating
the company’s cost control systems, in accordance with GAAP, and
ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures.
Before joining ABM in 2008 as Vice President and Assistant
Controller, he was Director of Finance for Reader’s Digest
Association. He also served as Senior Manager, Audit and Business
Advisory Services for Ernst & Young. Dean holds a Bachelor of
Science in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Earl Ellis's Bio
As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Earl Ellis is responsible for planning, implementation, management and control of all financial-related activities for ABM. He oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions with a focus on effectively operating the company’s cost control systems, in accordance with GAAP, and ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures. Earl is a seasoned finance executive, who joined ABM from Best Buy Co., where he held several executive positions across finance, including Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Canada and Senior Vice President of Finance in the U.S. Prior to Best Buy, Earl had executive leadership positions at several other public companies, including Canadian Tire and Campbell Soup Company. Earl has a Bachelor’s in Management Economics from the University of Guelph.

Josh Feinberg's Bio
Josh Feinberg is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and
Transformation Officer of ABM. He is responsible for all strategy and
transformation for the company, including strategy and innovation,
transformation management, and operational excellence with a focus on
driving long-term profitable growth.
Prior to joining ABM, Josh was a Managing Director and Partner
with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on their North American
Leadership Team. Throughout his 12 years with BCG, he worked with over
30 service companies across all business aspects including strategy,
revenue management, operating model optimization, organizational
effectiveness, performance improvement, and M&A / integration.
Prior to BCG, Josh co-founded a healthcare services firm. Josh holds
an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mark Hawkinson is President of the Technical Solutions Group, which is a key part of driving organic growth for ABM and profitability for the entire company. From ensuring equipment reliability to providing preventative maintenance and generating guaranteed energy savings, Technical Solutions team members are helping clients by delivering the essential and mission critical services needed to protect facilities. Mark started his ABM career 18+ years ago as an intern. As he took on increasingly strategic leadership roles in Sales and Operations over the years, Mark successfully helped grow the Business & Industry group. He is a graduate of North Central College with a Bachelor’s in International Business & Spanish.

Melanie Kirkwood Ruiz's Bio
As Chief Information Officer, Melanie Kirkwood Ruiz is responsible for several critical areas of ABM’s business, including the optimization of ABM’s IT infrastructure to enable greater business innovation; enhancement of service delivery through client-facing technology and data-driven insights; and development and execution of technology strategy that supports ABM’s business transformation at both the enterprise and line-of-business levels.
Melanie is a progressive technology leader with 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including technology, commercial real estate, manufacturing, healthcare and aviation. She joins ABM from Cushman & Wakefield technology group, where she was responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy in the Americas. She has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Engineering from Cornell University.

Rene Jacobsen's Bio
As Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, Rene is
responsible for the overall operational performance and profitability
of all ABM industry groups, which includes Aviation, Business &
Industry (B&I), Education, Technology & Manufacturing, and
Technical Solutions segments. Furthermore, he has over the years been
an instrumental leader of ABM’s business transformation and service
delivery model. Rene joined ABM in 2012 as Executive Vice President of
ABM’s West Region and within three years was promoted to the President
of B&I, the largest operating segment within ABM, representing
approximately half of the company’s total revenue. He subsequently
assumed control as Chief Facilities Services Officer of all industry
groups, excluding Technical Solution.
Rene is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of
experience in leading large, complex service organizations within the
facility services and integrated facilities management industries
across Europe and North America. He has a Master’s degree in Economics
from the Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Scott Salmirs's Bio
Scott is the visionary leader guiding one of the largest facility services providers listed on the New York Stock Exchange. After more than 10 years with ABM, Scott was selected to become CEO, distinguishing him as only the 7th person to hold that position in the Company’s 110-year history. Before joining ABM, Scott held leadership positions managing building portfolios at Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and CBRE.
Scott has an MBA in Finance from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. Scott is on the Board of Directors for ICF, a global consulting and digital services provider, as well as the business advisory council of the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He also is on the Board of the Outreach Project, an organization dedicated to rehabilitating high school age drug users, and is a founding Board Member of Donate Eight, a group focused on increasing the number of organ donors in New York State.

Sean Mahoney is Executive Vice President and President of Sales and
Marketing for ABM. He joined ABM as part of the 2020 Vision to lead
the sales and growth strategy across ABM’s Enterprise Industry Groups
including Aviation, Business & Industry, Education, Healthcare,
Technology & Manufacturing, and Technical Solutions. Sean and his
team are focused on expanding our market share and delivering
integrated service solutions to increase customer value impact.
Prior to joining ABM, Sean was VP of Sales for the Americas
with Honeywell Building Solutions. He is a market leader with more
than 20 years of sales leadership and general management experience in
the facilities management industry. Sean is a graduate of San Diego
State University and has completed Executive Leadership Programs at
Georgia Tech and the University of Chicago.

Valerie Burd's Bio
ABM Education President Valerie Burd is a seasoned leader responsible for all aspects of ABM’s education business. Her team works with hundreds of K-12 school systems, colleges and universities throughout the U.S. to provide cleaner, healthier and more attractive academic atmospheres for students, teachers, faculty and staff. In her 16 years with ABM, Valerie has also led the Strategic Accounts Group with a focus on process management and delivery of standardized services across the Business & Industry Group. She also served as Regional Vice President of the Northeast and Great Lakes regions, managing an expansive footprint extending from Manhattan to Maine.
Valerie has over 20 years of experience in facilities management, including roles with Tishman Speyer Properties, Jones Lang LaSalle and CBRE. She graduated from Galway Regional Technical University in Ireland and is currently a member of BOMA and CREW Network.
