Our Story
Modern Enterprises started out as a two man team. Carlos and Horacio began a small-time concrete company that worked with some companies around Baltimore, Washington DC & Northern Virginia. After 3 short years, we ended up with over 45 employees and we expanded into concrete pumping, waterproofing and excavation work too.
We really believe that no job is too small or too big for us to handle. We build patios, walkways,footings, foundations, retaining walls, slabs, driveways, etc. We also do stamped concrete, pavers, and pervious concrete.
At Modern we believe in performance to a completely satisfied customer. We work hard to make sure that we are reliable and affordable for everyone.
