Scope Of Work
This was an expedited design-build project at the San Diego County Water Authority Pipeline 3 in Southern San Diego County, on the Otay River Constructors SR 52 project. This project included the design and coordination of review with the SDCWA of the project plans, as well as the construction of the isolation vault. The construction work included excavation, forming and pouring of the valve vault, mechanical work, valve installation and piping.
