Scope Of Work
Work included tunnels, fittings, air valves, pump stations, turnouts, vaults, storm drains, meters, surge control systems, road work and appurtenances. The project included a negotiated $11,250,000 change order for additional pipeline installation that was awarded by the District based upon the project being ahead of schedule, the high quality of the project work and the great community relations established on the project. In addition, a change order was issued for a Quagga Muscle Treatment system at the pump station to ensure that Quagga Muscles do not penetrate and damage the newly constructed facilities.
