Brad DesJardin's Bio
As a third-generation contractor, Brad’s 35 years of experience in the construction industry is highlighted by his ability to consistently exceed customer expectations by providing positive leadership and creative solutions for his clients’ construction needs. He has led award-winning businesses that have been recognized as a great place to work and a great place to work with.
With the desire to increase the standard of excellence to their clients, along with their wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry, Brad and Neal Cordeiro founded DesCor Builders in 2005. Brad is known as an honest and compassionate leader who guides the company with a focused and determined goal of maintaining DesCor’s culture including our mission, purpose and P.A.C.E. values (Passion, Accountability, Commitment, Excellence.) He also provides guidance and support to our project teams to ensure that we exceed our customer expectations.
Brad has a passion for serving the community, participating on boards and committees for several charitable organizations and industry associations that include: Region Builders, Sierra Forever Families, Contractor’s Caring for Kids, SACTO and Lambda Alpha International. Brad earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Arizona State University.
Brad enjoys spending his free time with his family, especially his grandkids. Always open for adventure, he loves traveling, skiing, biking and golfing. He also is an avid football fan and travels several times a year to watch his Sun Devils play somewhere throughout the country.
Neal Cordeiro's Bio
Neal began his career in the construction industry in 1987 and has a thorough understanding of all aspects of business operations, preconstruction and construction services. After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, Neal established his career in the Sacramento area where he continues to be a cornerstone in the generalcontracting community.
With the desire to increase the standard of excellence to their clients, along with their wealth of knowledge and expertise in the industry, Neal and Brad Des Jardin founded DesCor Builders in 2005. Together with the leadership team, Neal focuses on the strategic planning of the company, guiding our mission and promoting our goals, to ensure a long-term business model of success and lasting industry relationships.
In addition to leading DesCor, Neal is widely known in the industry as one of the top preconstructionservice providers in the Sacramento region. Coupled with his extensive technical knowledge of construction practices, Neal’s management, planning and team building skills make him an invaluable team member during the design phase.
Neal is passionate about fostering the talent and knowledge of others and supporting career development. Throughout his career, he has given numerous training seminars to building industry organizations and continues to be a guest lecturer for California State University, Sacramento’s Construction Management program.
Having a love for the great outdoors, Neal enjoys spending his leisure time skiing, road biking and mountain biking.

Anthony Stonehocker's Bio
Anthony is tenacious for building and doing it the right way. He initially started his career in the field in project management. Over the years, he earned invaluable experience and strong reputation being a part of some of the Greater Sacramento’s largest construction projects. Over time, Anthony engaged himself into preconstruction where his passion grew; and, now he dedicates himself full-time to preconstruction services and overall project set-up.
Anthony’s craving to be a builder began in the summer of 2001 where he worked as a laborer during the day and generated site plans for community developments in the evenings in San Luis Obispo, California. In 2004, Anthony received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo (Go Mustangs). After college, Anthony moved to the Sacramento Area to begin his career with one of California’s largest General Contractors.
In the latter part of 2015, Anthony joined DesCor’s preconstruction team. At DesCor, Anthony seeks new challenges and complex projects. Additionally, he continues to seek further improvements in our preconstruction processes and procedures in order to deliver at a high level.
In Anthony’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and three children, coaching soccer, projects around the house, time outdoors and some barbecue with a cold beer.
Grant Rosenbaum's Bio
Grant began his career in construction while in college working as a laborer and carpenter apprentice. Grant attributes his passion for design and construction to his father who is an architect. After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science from the University of Oklahoma, Grant continued his career in construction serving in different capacities from Project Engineer, Project Manager and Estimator. Grant’s talent for preconstruction services quickly led him to be promoted as Chief Estimator for a large national general contractor and was integral in opening the firm’s California regional office.
Grant joined DesCor in 2006 where he continues to be instrumental in leading their preconstruction services. He is passionate about the collaborative team approach to preconstruction and the pursuit of a common goal of providing the Best Value to the client. For Grant, the process of preconstruction is not only a journey of discovery that helps facilitate our clients’ dreams but is also about building lasting relationships.
In his spare time, you can find Grant on the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland with his wife Nicole and four kids. He enjoys coaching lacrosse, playing golf as often as possible, and cycling with friends.
Tyler Ganyo's Bio
Tyler has a thorough understanding of the complexities of all phases of preconstruction, from concept to construction, and is known as an exceptional estimator who brings solutions to technical construction projects. He is an innovative and strategic thinker and will provide a thorough, accurate and competitive cost estimate. Tyler enjoys the comradery that is created while working with project teams and developing an effective strategy to bring our client’s vision to reality.
Tyler earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. In 2007, he initially joined DesCor as a Project Engineer; following his passion to work directly with project teams during the concept phase led him to his role in Preconstruction Services.
Tyler is an active board member of the Sacramento Regional Council for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northeastern California and Northern Nevada. He enjoys helping make wishes come true and giving back to the community through the planning and participation of charitable events.
Off the jobsite you can find Tyler braiding his two daughter’s hair, wine tasting with his wife Donna, or sitting on a rivers edge fly fishing.

Brandon Schroer's Bio
Brandon is an outstanding builder who places a strong emphasis on partnership and consistently receives accolades from his clients for his strategic planning, creative solutions and commitment to the project. He has a diverse background of project experience and a thorough understanding of all aspects relative to planning, coordination and project management. He loves working with people, building lasting relationships and managing his projects from concept to completion.
Brandon discovered his passion for construction early in his tenure at California State University, Chico where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management. In 2005, Brandon joined DesCor, and his commitment to excellence has been instrumental in our continued growth. Brandon dedicates his hard work ethic, logical thinking and passion for being hands-on from growing up on a farm.
Brandon enjoys family adventures with his wife Giselle and two sons. Staying fit and being outdoors is a significant part of his lifestyle; often you can find him at the gym, playing football, hunting or snowboarding.
Denton Perreault's Bio
Denton is a self-motivated and strategic problem solver who envisions smart and innovative solutions to ensure quality delivery. His strive for excellence, strong leadership, collaborative approach and in-depth experience with management oversight and coordination of project activities from preconstruction to closeout ensures project success.
Denton’s inspiration to pursue a career in construction began when he worked during the summer as a laborer for his father. After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering at the University of California, Davis, he worked with a local well-established construction firm.
Denton joined DesCor in 2012, and has been instrumental in leading the use of technology on our jobsites and our continued advancement in providing technological solutions. He is passionate about staying current with technology trends and implementing innovative, industry-specific methods. Additionally, Denton plays a key role as part of our safety committee staying current on safety trends, compliancy and regulations, and strategizes safety opportunities for field staff.
Away from the jobsite, Denton enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and camping with his wife Jen and their two children.
Jeff Deming's Bio
Jeff began his career in construction as a carpenter over thirty years ago and has an impressive and diverse resume of project experience throughout Northern California. He is known as a superior builder who brings creative solutions to technical construction projects. He has a high-level of attention to detail, will ensure customer satisfaction, and demands quality and safety on every project. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of construction including: site logistics, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety.
Jeff’s passion for safety is clear. In 2005, he joined DesCor as our first superintendent and has been instrumental in establishing our safety policies and processes, which naturally led to his role as Safety Officer. He is committed to staying current with industry-related safety trends, compliancy and regulations to ensure our safety program is “Best in Class”.
When Jeff’s not at work, he’s usually planning an annual destination vacation with his wife Valerie to reunite with family and friends. When he’s not traveling, you can usually find him on a golf course or somewhere enjoying the outdoors.
Joe Giger's Bio
Joe is a highly motivated individual who enjoys complex projects and being thoroughly involved in all aspects of construction. He has extensive knowledge and a wide-range of experience in design coordination and construction management. His ability to effectively run and successfully complete projects are due to his collaborative and partnering approach with all team members. For Joe, the reward is being a part of converting a concept into a reality and enhancing the skyline.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico and joined DesCor in 2006 as Project Engineer. His exemplary coordination and leadership skills and strong desire to be directly involved from project start to completion quickly led him to project management.
When not at work, Joe enjoys the outdoors and road trips with his wife Monica and their daughter Naomi. He has a slight addiction to fly fishing and loves the thrill of what’s around the corner.
Troy Clark's Bio
Troy is client-focused and a superior builder who ensures quality of workmanship and the successful completion of all his projects. His in-depth knowledge and experience in design coordination and construction management allows him to quickly assess constructability and provide constructive solutions to achieve project goals.
Troy realized his passion for building when he worked as a carpenter for a general contractor while attending college. After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico in 1994, he worked with several nationwide general contractors throughout Nevada and California serving in different capacities to include project engineer and project manager.
Troy joined the DesCor team in 2005 as our first project manager and continues to be an integral part of our leadership team. Additionally, he helped develop DesCor’s mentoring program and is passionate about providing guidance and support for the next generation of construction professionals to develop a strong foundation for their career.
In Troy’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Nancy, three boys and their dogs, coaching baseball and wrestling matches, and an occasional round of golf.
