Scope Of Work
Totaling 9,800 sf, the new, steel-frame dining hall consists of a faculty dining area, a main dining area, full-kitchen with cold and dry storage areas as well as office space and restrooms. DesCor worked closely with St. Francis Catholic High School to avoid service interruptions to daily activities while tying in the new building into the existing campus systems. The campus was highly congested and remained occupied during construction; DesCor’s site-specific jobsite safety plan ensured the safety of all students, faculty and guests.
