Scope Of Work
Site Preparation: Palladio Building 150
PHI: Demolish North façade and portion of Bldg. 150 to increase the area of the existing building from 15,396 GBA to 33,396 GBA. Building 150 (future Nordstrom Rack) to be a structural steel frame system with open web joists, skinned in metal studs and stucco with Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GFRC) decorative elements and a tile base. Building 150 includes a new loading dock ramp with overhead roll up doors, dock leveler and bumper equipment as well as a new trash compactor and bin.
