Scope Of Work
24,900 SF improvements from an existing motorcycle retail store, warehouse and motorcycle repair facility to a new sanctuary with supporting office and storage areas. The scope of work included interior modifications to create the new sanctuary, a new corridor to separate a new vocational shop area, the addition of a new restroom, conversion of the second-floor storage areas to church assembly uses, as well as shell, site and ADA improvements.
