Scope Of Work
Design-Assist, 23,000 SF, OSHPD 3, new build-out of a cold shell which consisted of (42) exam rooms, (5) procedure rooms, (17) provider offices and an imaging suite with x-ray, mammography and ultra sound. The facility includes an in-house phlebotomy lab, optometry exam room and audiology test booth.
