Wadsworth Glass, Inc.

I've worked with Wadsworth Glass many times over the past years - mostly on little stuff until now. Got our custom shower enclosure from them and they did a great job. The price was also competitive. It's worth noting they took as good care of putting new little mirrors in an old jewelry box for $20 as they did on the enclosure. I also like being able to buy local. They can be hard to reach by phone, so if you can go in person that's the way to go.

They might be a great company however after making a apt for window quote on an industrial business approximately $84,000 job appointment was between zero 900 and 0930  at 0945 I I call and get some excuse there was emergency that they were elsewhere and wouldI'd be able to make it and would I like to reschedule very pissed poor customer service if they had called and told me that they would come later I would've been more obliging A phone call goes a long way

The person who answered the phone around 0145 pm on 12/11/17 has a really bad attitude.

Going to try again tomorrow- hopefully someone more helpful will answer the phone.

,If you need any type of glass and live in the area GO HERE !!!!! EXCELLENT customer service. This company has very friendly people working at the front desk. Fast response and my order was on time. They walked my glass to my car and placed it in my trunk. Defintley check out this company.
