Scope Of Work
G&R Construction the 30,000sf, 3 story Stoneham Bank Headquarters in Stoneham MA. The headquarters houses their loan, database center and serves a very active branch. The project consisted of completely renovating the existing building with the entire exterior being encapsulated in Petrech stone panels with drivit EIFS. The project was successfully constructed in 4 phases under a GMP Cost Plus Contract.
The Stoneham Bank Branch in Billerica, MA is 4,000sf with 3 separate drive-thru banking lanes and a major loan center. The building is wood frame construction with a brick facade and faux slate roofing.
