I have enjoyed working at the same company for 34 years. D.J. Kranz Co. and the people that work here are like an extension of my family. I was hired at D.J. Kranz Co. as an Estimator and soon became a Project Manager. About 10 years into my career I was promoted to Vice President. I have been President of the Company for the last 10 years.

The success of our Company is because of the Extremely talented people that we have in our organization and because of the vast number of repeat customers that keep calling us back for their building needs. Some of those Customers have been with us for more than 40 years.

Our motto is “Construction Excellence” and we pride ourselves on providing a Quality project that is delivered on time and within budget. Most of all we want our Customers to be happy with the end result and call us back for the next project that they build.

As Senior Project Manager, I am responsible for the overall management of each project ?  from budgeting and estimating to project schedules and value engineering to daily coordination and project closeout.  I have extensive experience working on Health Care projects, but also manage office and commercial buildings.  My main focus is to keep each project on schedule and on budget, and most importantly, to make sure the owner’s needs are met or exceeded.

Wade brings more than 38 years of professional experience in the construction industry to your project. With years of construction experience both leading construction teams and managing all types of construction projects has proven success which makes him a valuable team member to any project. His communication skills and knowledge of pre-planning will ensure a successful project with a satisfied client. Wade enjoys being intimately involved from pre-construction through project closeout. Understanding the client's vision and needs allows for identifying the potential challenges and providing solutions quickly. Wade and the team at D.J.
