Our Story
Mount Pleasant Blacktopping was started by William H. House in 1954 as an excavating company. The company later expanded into underground utility work, and we have moved over 1 million cubic yards of dirt in a single project!
In 1980 we moved into the asphalt paving business. We manufacture asphalt in our own mixing plant. With these forces combined we can happily turn raw ground into a completed development!
