Scope Of Work
While building the tenant improvement for Fresenius Medical Care in Hoover, AL and Jefferson County, AL, Young Contracting was introduced to Proscenium Development who was the landlord. The relationship developed and led to a full turnkey Fresenius Medical Care clinic in Little Rock, AR on a negotiated basis.
With the Little Rock clinic successfully completed, the developer/contractor team completed another full clinic in Pine Bluff, AR. Despite 45 lost days of weather, Young Contracting still delivered the completion date required in Prosceniums’ lease agreement with Fresenius Medical Care.
Having a history of successful projects, both Proscenium and Young Contracting look forward to more successful projects in the future.
