Scope Of Work
Young Contracting’s healthcare experience began in 2004 when we built our first Fresenius Medical Care building in Pendleton, South Carolina. In 90 days, we completed a full dialysis facility, including site work. Due to the successful completion of the project, Young Contracting has grown into the preferred contractor on over forty FMC projects totaling over 350,000 square feet. Those projects include ground-up clinics, interior build-outs, site and building shell packages, clinic renovations and expansions, and various special projects. Young Contracting delivers quality to minimize maintenance. From site selection to functional interiors, we build value that guarantees satisfaction because in the end, it’s all about the patients.
