Scope Of Work

RiverSouth will be the first project delivered as part of Austin’s transformative South Central Waterfront District on the southern side of Lady Bird Lake. Beck is providing integrated design-build services for the 350,000 SF Class AA office, which includes 20,000 SF of ground level retail and restaurant space, and a 5-level below grade parking garage.

The project site will incorporate new multimodal connections, as well as on-site bike valet, sky terrace and a habitable green roof. A state-of-the-art fitness center occupies a glass box within the green roof, providing fantastic lake and downtown views. In addition to the amenities, RiverSouth is being touted as the smartest buildings in Austin. The building’s automation system provides real-time feedback and tenant interactions that promote world-class comfort, health, and security features. This prominent site has great connectivity to Austin’s Central Business District, as well as the South Congress District and hike and bike trails.
