Beck provided integrated design-build services for a new 7-story, 157-key hotel at 14th and Elati Streets in Downtown Denver. A mixed-use and transitional Golden Triangle neighborhood with diverse users, this urban hotel will meet the needs of the growing community and visitors alike for this civic and cultural hot-spot locale. The Element by Westin Hotel has five levels of hotel guest rooms above a two-level parking podium. Ground floor amenities include lounge, market and bar as well as a roof top outdoor patio. The project is slated for LEED certification. An integrate segment of Starwood Hotels and Resorts’ lifestyle hospitality brands, Element provides a modern, upscale and intuitively designed hotel experience.
