Scope Of Work
1701 Platte Mixed-Use Office is a 5-story, 355,000 SF office facility with a below-grade parking structure for 395 cars. Beck is providing integrated design-build services for this new, mixed-use development in the rapidly developing Platte River section of downtown Denver. Primary design features include a 3-story grand staircase and green-wall, 12,000 SF conference and training center, and a 4,000 SF rooftop sky garden.
