Commercial Interiors

Robert is President and Owner of Commercial Interiors since its inception in 1992. He is a licensed Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Maryland. Robert has over 35 years experience designing, pricing, and coordinating the development of shell buildings, tenant finish, and build-to-suit projects. Robert oversees the operations of the company and safety program.

Cliff is Vice President of Construction and has been with Commercial Interiors for over 12 years. Cliff holds a Bachelor of Construction Science degree from the University of Oklahoma and has over 28 years of experience in the construction industry. Cliff handles estimating and proposals for our corporate accounts.

Drew is a Project Engineer and Estimator for the company. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University. Drew coordinates bid solicitations, assembles estimates, and generates proposals, in addition to managing tenant remodel projects.

Patrick is a Senior Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager. He brings over 35 years of construction experience in ground up, interiors, medical, and institutional projects. Patrick is in charge of estimating larger more detailed projects for the company.

Jayson’s title is Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas Tech University. He has over 18 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction and renovations. Jayson runs our tenant improvements for Class A office spaces and medical environments.

Phil is a Senior Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is also LEED Accredited. Phil is assigned our large corporate account clients.

Whitney is the Office Manager, coordinating all functions related to billing, accounts payable, subcontracts, and insurance, as well as keeping the day-to-day functions of the office running smoothly. Whitney has been with Commercial Interiors over 12 years.

Maribel is our Administrative Assistant, helping the Project Managers track the paper work of their projects. She issues Job Orders, collects bids, and assembles the close-out documents at project completion.
