Scope Of Work

This project included new buildout of an existing space to accommodate fast-food restaurant. Interior improvements included construction of new kitchen, finish carpentry, flooring and ceilings along with installation of new furniture, partition walls, millwork and finishes. Exterior improvements included new signage, new patio, and new roof exhaust with make-up air unit.
