Scope Of Work
Under slab utilities all in place. Slab is formed and rebar is installed. Concrete is being pumped into form for slab.
All 4 elevations are framed. Interior framing, insulation and sheetrock will begin.
Exterior finishes of stucco and the wood siding are being installed. All storefronts and doors are installed and protected. Site curb is going in. Interior paint is in progress as well as wall and floor tile.
All exterior finishes are complete. Awnings are installed. Signage is installed. Irrigation and landscape has started. All kitchen equipment has been installed. Dining room furniture is installed.
