Dennis Rex, AIA's Bio
Over thirty-five years of architectural experience in the planning, design and rehabilitation of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Project experience includes both foreign and domestic research laboratories, transportation facilities, educational buildings, maintenance facilities, manufacturing structures, office complexes, medical facilities, housing, and, most recently, places of worship. Mr. Rex is involved in all phases of projects from programming through construction administration.
John R. Hill, AIA, LEED AP's Bio
Mr. Hill has served as Project Architect, Project Manager, and Principal-in-Charge for a wide-range of project types and clients. A primary focus of Mr. Hill’s planning and design responsibilities is the development of building analyses, master plans, feasibility and programming studies as well as developing schematic design alternatives for projects. Numerous planning studies, authored by Mr. Hill, have established creative solutions to address challenging facility needs. Client relations, building code analysis, agency regulations, consultant coordination, and construction administration are some of the skills and experience Mr. Hill brings to the project team.
Robert Conklin, AIA, CSI's Bio
Mr. Conklin has served as Project Manager for a wide-range of project types and clients. Although Mr. Conklin has performed all aspects of the building process from conception to building turnover to the Owner, the primary focus of Mr. Conklin’s project responsibilities are design and documentation, project manual and specification writing and project bidding and construction administration. His work has included public, non-profit, and private projects with construction administration of single prime and multiple prime contracts. Included in Mr. Conklin’s portfolio are three LEED certified buildings, with completion of a LEED Silver School slotted the 2012-2013 school year.
Scott O. Graham, AIA, LEED AP+'s Bio
Mr. Graham has been a key member of the design team for the Conrad Weiser West Elementary School project and Stokesay Castle’s Knight’s Pub. Since joining the firm, he has participated in all aspects of our projects, including surveying & existing building analysis, schematic design, design development and project documentation including LEED certification. Scott brings extensive Building Information Modeling/Management (BIM) experience to MGA’s CAD program, and is working to further integrate and advance the BIM capabilities of the firm.
Prior to coming on board with Muhlenberg Greene Architects, Mr. Graham has had several years’ experience in coastal residential design, renovation and construction, as well as two years on large-scale science and technology facilities.

Howard Quaintance, AIA, LEED AP's Bio
Mr. Quaintance has over 40 years of experience in architectural design and has been a principal at Muhlenberg Greene since 1980.
As a Principal for Muhlenberg Greene Architects, Mr. Quaintance’s responsibilities include architectural and interior design and he has served in this capacity for many of the firm’s projects.
James A. Sarro, AIA, LEED AP+'s Bio
Jim Sarro joined our team in 2015, and he brings with him extensive experience as a Project Manager and Architect on a wide range of project types, including commercial, retail, and hospitality, as well as new construction and renovation projects. He has participated in all aspects of the building process, from meeting with clients, code review, design and documentation, and bidding and construction. Jim has been involved with several LEED projects, including several LEED Silver Certified buildings.
Lawrence Greene, AIA's Bio
Mr. Greene has been engaged in the practice of architecture for 55 years, the past 47 as a firm principal. The experience gained over that period has been very broad, encompassing most major building types – commercial, industrial, educational, public and private institutional, housing – and project sizes ranging from small individual buildings to large multi-story, mixed-use structures. In recent years a major involvement with historic rehabilitation and renovation of existing structures has emerged as a significant element of his involvement in the firm’s work.
Magdalena “Dale” Johnson, AIA's Bio
Dale has over twenty-seven years of architectural experience in the planning, design and rehabilitation of residential, commercial, institutional and industrial buildings. Project experience includes educational buildings, maintenance facilities, manufacturing structures, office complexes, housing, and, most recently, places of worship.
Ms. Johnson is involved in all phases of projects from programming through construction administration.
